God Goes Before You: Deuteronomy 31:8 on Courage

This changes everything about how we approach our own uncertain moments. We're not pioneers blindly charting unknown territory. We're following Someone who has already walked the ground ahead. When you step forward in faith, you're not walking into darkness—you're walking into the footsteps of the God who loves you and knows exactly what you'll face.

The second part of this promise is equally powerful: He will be with you. This isn't just about God's presence in the past or future—it's about now. In this very moment, as you read these words, as you think about what worries you, He is with you. The fear you carry, He carries it too. And He has already overcome it.

Don't be afraid. This isn't a command to pretend fear doesn't exist. It's an invitation to remember who is already walking ahead, already with you, already in control. Fear loses its grip when we remember these truths.
